International students will love our fabulous location. We are just a one-minute drive or a short walk to North Carolina State University’s main campus, so getting to class and on campus events is a breeze.
Don’t worry about the little things! Monthly installment payments include the use of cable, high-speed internet, water and sewer, a $25 electric allowance, designer-quality furniture, flat-screen TVs, and pest control services.
Yes! We have a parking garage located on the first level of the building, so you’ll be able to ride the elevator up to your floor. If you choose to add parking, you’ll be assigned a specific spot, so you’ll always know where to park. Parking is limited, so be sure to notify the leasing office when you know you’ll want to bring a car, and contact us to get started.
No matter which floor plan you choose, all apartments in our community are fully furnished, including a couch; TV and TV stand; coffee table; bar stools; bed and bed frame; desk and chair; nightstand; and dresser drawers. All you need to bring are personal items, decorations, kitchen and bathroom items, and anything else you need to make your home comfortable!
Meeting other students of the Wolfpack is easy at The Standard at Raleigh. Our community has many on-site amenities to foster growing friendships between residents, such as a courtyard pool, clubhouse, game room, cornhole, putting green, and five private courtyards.
